Paleolithic, First part of the Stone Age , longest period in prehistory , hunted animals and looked for berries, nuts and fruits , lived in small family groups , we’re nomads , they didn’t always live in the same place, live in caves , made tents or huts from sticks and animal skins , made tools from stone and animal bones , made fire by hitting stones together , used skin animals to make clothes , Neolithic , second part of the stone age, came after the paleolithic period , used agriculture to produce their own food , lived in huts in small villages , we’re sedentary , always lived in the same place, grew cereals like corn and wheat , animals lived on farms , weaving to make cloth, made new tools from polished stones and animal bones  , cook and kept food in ceramic pots , Bronze and Iron Ages, learned how to make tools with metal , people first used copper, then bronze, then iron , last period of prehistory, inventes the wheel, easier to transport food and products to trade , melted metal to make tools, jewelery and weapons, has special jobs like farmers, soldiers and metalworkers , villages became bigger , people built walls around their village .
