This document is a video made by an association called Women in Sports, In the first part, we can see what adults often say to little girls : « Don’t get dirty », « Be careful », « That’s for boys, you’re a girly girl », « It doesn’t really matter for girls », « You’re a princess »., Then we hear little girls who describe themselves as ‘funny and shy ‘, ‘cute’,’loyal’, ‘creative’ or ‘innocent’., After that there are boys who describe themselves as ‘sporty’, ‘fast’ or ‘rough’., In the second part of the video, we can see the same girls and boys., Now the girls say they are ‘competitive’, ‘sporty’, ‘active’,’strong’ , ‘brave’ and ‘confident’., They have changed because they took part in a workshop where they discovered sportswomen who are sporty, competitive, determined and beautiful.
