We should start eating by saying, بسم الله , الحمد لله , سبحان الله, What should we say if forget to say بسم الله at the start, بسم الله توكلت على الله , بسم الله اوله واٰخره. , لا حولا ولا قوة إلا بالله, Manners of eating are, eating with left hand , eating from your front , cleaning and eating the dropped bite, saying الحمدلله at the end.
