A challenge I faced when doing my general match analysis sheet was the observers lack of knowledge., This meant that when they were completing the sheet they were unsure exactly what each shot was and were unsure if I was performing each on correctly., This meant the tallies were not in the correct columns and therefore the information is not reliable and it is not clear what my strengths and weaknesses are., A challenge I faced when completing my mental toughness questionnaire was that I was distracted., When completing the questionnaire there was a lot of chatting and noise from other people, therefore my full focus was not on the sheet., This means that some of the answers I gave may not be correct and therefore the results may not give an accurate/valid reflection of my mental toughness., A challenge I faced when completing my mental toughness questionnaire was that I was confused., For example, when completing it I was unsure what some of the words/questions meant., This meant that I answered them as best as I could but some of the answers therefore may not be reliable and therefore not a true reflection of my mental toughness., A challenge I faced when gathering data was that the person completing my PAR analysis was distracted., When they were completing the sheet they were often chatting to their friends and they did not have their full focus on me playing the shots., This means they will not have gathered all the data accurately as they may have missed me completing a shot. The data is therefore not a true representation of my ability and not reliable.
