Different applications allow people of different ages to have full conversations online. Furthermore, elderly people can also learn to use their PCs to keep in touch with their relatives whether they live near or far. Likewise, people with special needs can more easily keep in contact with family and friends for safety as well as socializing purposes. Personal computers have definitely revolutionized communications, breaking with past limitations., 3, Besides expanding communication, the development of ICTs has made it possible for schools and colleges around the world to face and try to respond to the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic on education.
