Stating aims, The purpose of this research was to gather data regarding the number of employees who work remotely., The aim of this report was to o find out how many employees prefer working onsite., Explaining the process, Two surveys were carried out., First, they were contacted them via email., Then, they were interviewed., Finally, the data from the interviews and surveys was analysed., Reporting on results, 85% of respondents stated that they would rather work remotely., The majority manifested a strong dislike when having to commute to the office., The research has shown that most of the surveyed employees are in favour of working remotely from their home., Concluding, The conclusion is that nobody would choose to work onsite if given the choice., Therefore, a hybrid scheme is strongly recommended in most of the companies.
