I couldn't sleep a wink, I didn't sleep at all; I was awake the whole night, I was tossing and turning, I kept moving in bed because I couldn't fall asleep, be a determined person, to have a strong desire to achieve something despite difficulties, have a lot of determination, to possess strong willpower and persistence, it requires patience, it needs the ability to wait calmly without getting annoyed, congested roads are exhausting, roads full of traffic make you feel very tired, consider something / take into account, to think about something before making a decision, should pay, ought to give money or attention to something, gain / acquire knowledge, to learn or obtain information and skills, to evaluate myself, to assess or judge my own performance or abilities, to walk along a familiar street, to walk on a street that you know well, walk through the forest / field / mountains, to walk across natural landscapes (trees, grass, hills), when I'm able to speak, at the time when I have the skill or opportunity to speak, congested roads, roads that are very full of traffic, with vehicles moving slowly, embrace your inner sightseer, to allow yourself to explore and notice details like a tourist would, a true getaway, a real escape from daily routines and stress, time-consuming, taking a lot of time to complete, integral part of my diet, an essential food item that I eat regularly, bear fruit of your hard work, to produce positive results after effort and dedication, use it in moderation, to not overuse something; to keep within reasonable limits, get back on track, to return to the right direction after a distraction or problem
