I also test different approaches to find the one that works best., I use data to answer complex questions. I analyse information, look for patterns and use statistical methods to understand what is happening. My work can help companies make better decisions and predictions., I combine technical knowledge with leadership. I help a team make important technical decisions and make sure that the solutions we develop are robust and effective. I can also contribute directly to the technical work., I make sure the product actually works. I look for bugs, unexpected behaviour and problems before users find them. Breaking things is actually part of my job!, I build the technology behind the product. I write code, solve technical problems and make sure different parts of a system can communicate with each other., I help decide what we should build next. I listen to clients, understand their needs and work with technical teams to define priorities and goals. I’m always asking, “What problem are we trying to solve?”, I help the team stay on track. I organize tasks, follow deadlines and coordinate people. I don’t necessarily write the code, but I make sure everyone knows what needs to happen and when., I think about the people using the product. I focus on how the product looks, feels and works from the user's perspective. I want the experience to be simple, clear and intuitive.
