If there is an oven fire,, we close the oven door., If the fire involves electrical equipment,, we do not use water., If there is heavy smoke,, we use protective breathing equipment., If we use a fire extinguisher,, we point the nozzle at the base of the fire., If the fire is extinguished,, we monitor the area carefully., If the fire starts to spread,, we inform the Jefe de Cabina immediately., If the situation becomes unmanageable,, we follow the emergency procedures., If we discharge the extinguisher,, we use short bursts.
