A company abroad offers her a two-year contract with much higher pay and her own team — her children are 17 and 19 and don't want to move. Five years ago she turned down a similar offer because her parents were ill. She still thinks about it. She has three weeks to answer., CARD C — The Season: Diego has guided tours for eight seasons. A tour operator offers him the whole summer season abroad — great pay, but it would mean missing his brother's wedding and he would lose his assistant's job in the local agency. He told his boss "maybe" — that was in January. It's April now.
