Why do we need water, So food can travel down our throat , So our stomach doesn’t run out of acid, For nutrients, If you have one gram of fat how many calories do you have? , 1, 10, 8, 9, Why do we need carbohydrates , Makes you gain weight , It makes you smaller, It gives you energy , It helps you function , Why do we need fat?, So we don’t get hungry , Because it has soluble vitamins , It makes you grow , Why do we need vitamin’s ?, So we don't die , So we are happy, So we have energy, What nutrients do we have more of in our boady, Fat, Carbohydrates , Iron, Calcium , Sodium .
