as right as rain, feeling fine and healthy, take a rain check, to ask to rearrange a meeting, come rain or shine, no matter what the weather/situation, on cloud nine, extremely happy, rain on one’s parade, to ruin one’s pleasure or plans, throw caution to the wind, to forget all your commitments and do something crazy, steal one’s thunder , to take the attention away from you, every cloud has a silver lining , every sad or difficult situation has a positive side, be snowed under , to have too much work to do , chase rainbows , to try to achieve the impossible, the calm before the storm, a brief moment of quiet before a busy or difficult period arrives, a storm in a teacup, when someone makes a small problem larger than it really is.
