Hi Denis. How's everything been going? By the way, I've got some pictures that could be helpful for our project 'Sightseeing'. I suggest meeting up to discuss them., Well it seems to me that the frst photo is suitable for our project because it shows a woman, enjoying looking at some paintings through a 3-D viewer., The second photo could be quite beneficial for our project as well because it shows a guide explaining points of interest to a group of holidaymakers., Obviously, these images represent two different ways of experiencing guided tours., In the first photo there is a young lady, on her own, her visit being enhanced only by a technological device., In contrast, the second photo features a more traditional guided tour, which shows that a more personal, human element is still valued by visitors., What's more, the first image clearly communicates that younger generations may be content with audio or visual gadgetry, while in the second photo there is a small group of tourists benefitting from the knowledge of an experienced guide., So, some advantages of the two types of guided tour can be seen., What I consider to be a benefit of 3-D viewing technology is that the glasses may accentuate the already impressive visual art on display., As for guided tours in groups, a positive aspect is that it is likely to provide a more interactive and educational experience., However, there are some disadvantages to both sightseeing experiences., In my view, a common drawback is that looking around galleries without an interactive element can be a rather sterile, even lonely experience., A possible downside of group tours is that you have to keep up with the group and can't just go at your own pace., Personally, I prefer going on guided tours because the guides can offer insights that are difficult to gain on one’s own, without having studied the history of the area beforehand., Right, so I'll send you these images. Let me know if you'd also like to use them. Speak to you soon, bye for now..
