It is normally summarised as one sentence. , Outcomes - The things you want people to learn or change as a result of doing your activity. This can be learning things, changes in behaviour or changes in attitudes or beliefs, Methods - A description of the activity you are going to do. But also why you have chosen to deliver it that way - using learning theory to justify your approach, Implementation - What you actually did, the resources you used, how many people took part etc, Evaluation - Finding out what people thought about the activity, identifying areas for future development and reflecting on whether you met your aims or objectives,
