to frown, to bring your eyebrows together, showing that you are annoyed, worried, sad, or thinking hard, to fidget, to make continuous, small movements, because you are nervous or bored, subtle, small, but important / not so obvious, adopt (a new method), start using, superiors, higher-ups, ramble on about somthing, to talk about somebody/something in a confused way, especially for a long time, to read the room, to analyze the general mood of the people in a particular setting and act accordingly, beat around the bush, to talk about lots of unimportant things because you want to avoid talking about what is really important, for hours on end, for a very long time, soothing, calming, relaxing
