Body - connects the eyepiece to the objective lens, Nosepiece - hold the objective lenses and is able to rotate to change magnification., Objective Lenses - found on the nose piece and range from low to high power, Stage - The part of the microscope that supports the slide being viewed, Diaphragm - helps you adjust the amount of light that reaches the specimen, Mirrors / Light - projects light upwards to allow you to see the specimen, Eyepiece - allows you to view the image in the stage and contains the ocular lens, Corse Adjustment Knob - moves the stage up &down to help you get the specimen into view, Stage Clips - used to hold the slide in place, Arm - the side of the microscope is used to support it when carried, Fine adjustment knob - moves the stage slightly to help you sharpen or find tune your view of the specimen, Base- the bottom part of the microscope.
