Registers -   temporary memory locations within the processor. They can hold memory addresses, instructions or results of a calculation, Control Unit - controls sequencing of fetching, decoding and execution of instructions, ALU - performs all the calculations and logical operators such AND & OR , Interpreter - translates source code ONE line at a time, Compiler - translates WHOLE source code into object code , Data bus - transfers data between the processor and memory and vice versa. It is a two way bus (bi-directional) as information can be written from the processor to memory and read from memory to the processor., Address bus - identifies the memory location that is going to be accessed. It is only a one-way bus(uni-directional) as only the processor can identify the memory address,
