1) Good listener- letting the student share their viewpoint. 2) Selfish - dismissing a students opinion and ignore their request for help 3) Lazy- can't be bothered attitude. 4) Good ideas and being creative in making decisions 5) Good at working in a team - listening and responding to all 6) Ignoring the viewpoints of other students - making them feel worthless 7) Hard working - you want to solve the issue that your fellow student has brought to your attention 8) Friendly - your class mates feel like they can come to you. 9) Unfriendly and making others feel like they don't want to approach you. 10) Good at persuading people - negotiation to solve issues 11) Good role model - good attendance, punctuality, no behaviour disciplinary, submitting work on time 12) Being objective and not believing your own opinions  13) Good negotiation and problem solving skills 14) Checking up on how your students are doing in college 15) Leading a class rep meeting and sharing with the Head of School 16) Not turning up on the day of the class rep meeting so not giving your class friends a chance to view their opinions.
