Your customer ordered an expensive meal and does not have enough money to pay for it. Tell your customer he/she should have checked his/her funds before sitting at the table. Offer alternative payment methods., Student A: You are having a job interview to get a position as a customer service agent at a big company. Explain your previous work experience and say why you are the perfect person for the job. / Student B: You are interviewing an applicant for a customer service position. Explain that the company deals with elderly people who can be extremely sensitive and patience and empathy are a must in all employees., Student A: You’ve just arrived at your hotel and found out that the facilities are not at all as described in the brochure at the travel agency. Your room is smaller, very untidy and it does not have the view you had been promised. You want to be compensated. / Student B: You are the hotel manager. You explain that because of the holidays, most travel agencies have double-booked tourists/travelers. You negotiate the best compensation for the guest and the cheapest one for the hotel., Students A and B: You are old classmates meeting in a bar by chance. You haven’t seen each other in a very long time. Talk about your teachers, ex-girlfriends/boyfriends, old friends you had in common, etc., Student A: You want to invite your new friend to go to the cinema with you.
