to be ready to hibernate a little, intentionally pause, reduce activity, and focus on self-care., venture out /yank out of your comfort zone, to do things that feel uncomfortable but help you grow, pull of striking achievements, the feeling that big wins and visible success are pulling you toward them, rehash old problems, to keep revisiting problems that were already discussed before, to comb through old memories, to think carefully about things that happened in the past, eliminate intrusive thoughts, to stop unwanted thoughts from repeatedly entering your mind., to cocoon myself from expectations, to step back and stop letting other people’s expectations affect me, to opt for depth over breadth, to do less, but do it better and more meaningfully.
