Select Windows direct sound for recording., Remove the background noise - zoom in a and use selection tool to select a short section of background noise audio, at least 1 second, click on effect, noise reduction, get noise profile, double click on audio track to select all of the track, click on noise reduction again, keep on default settings and press ok, Remove any plosives - these happen when we say the letter "p", zoom in a and use selection tool select the plosive waveform, click on effect, select fade in, press CTRL+R to repeat, Equalize (adjust base and treble) your voice if you wish - using filter curve in effects, manage factory preset, and drag the base boost and treble boost to 3dB , Boost your voice - select audio track by clicking on it, click on effects then normalise, then set peak amplitude to -1dB, to make your voice louder, Duplicate the track - hit CTRL+D and convert the mono track into a stereo track ( two channels),
