Spotting the head making a full (360 degrees) rotation., (Recovery) Finish in parallel first position, arms by your side., Step Ball Change: (Preparation) - starts by stepping out on your right foot, (Action)- transfer your weight into the middle onto the back foot, (Recovery) - Step back onto the front foot., Jazz Split Leap: (Preparation) starts with a step ball change, (Action) the working leg is thrown into the air and the back leg lifted to attain a split position, (Recovery) the weight is transferred from the back leg to front leg to land., Jazz Kicks: (Preparation) Start with one foot pointed in front and your arms straight out to the side at 180 degrees., (Action) Step onto the leg that’s pointed and swoosh your other leg into the air making sure it’s straight and with a pointed toe., (Recovery) When bringing this down step on it and repeat on the other leg continuing until you reach your destination.,
