The password cannot be reused. 2) Can two or more userIDs be merged into one? a) Yes, you can merge two or more userIDs b) Yes, you can do that if you request it to the Help Desk c) No, per system design and compliance each registration is unique per person and vendor code. 3) Can my account become deactivated due to inactivity? a) No, you just get an inactivity warning but it WILL NOT be deactivated b) Yes, after one year of inactivity. c) Yes, after 180 days without logging in, reminders will be sent vía email prior to deactivation 4) Why do I get an “Object not found” message when I click on the link from the RFQs automated notification emails? a) This message appears when you are registered in the Portal but have not requested the proQ App and/or accepted Terms of Use b) This happens because you manage multiple vendor codes and are logged in for vendor A on your browser, but the notification is for an RFQs sent to vendor B. c) A & B, both are correct 5) Why can’t I see any RFQs when I search for them directly in proCure? a) Because the filters you are applying for your search are not appropriate to the documents you are looking for. b) A & C, both are correct c) Because you are logged in with the incorrect supplier number 6) Why can’t I reset my password with the “Forgot Password?” option? a) Because you are typing the incorrect password b) Because sometimes support from our Central Help Desk is required on this.
