This customer didn't receive their first choice main meal as they ran out. d) Happy customer. This passenger is new to flying with Emirates and has already commented on how impressed they are. e) Nervous flyer. This passenger has been very anxious during the flight because they have a fear of flying. f) Demanding customer. This passenger has made a number of requests during the flight and has used the call button several times.
