INTENSIFYING ADVERBS - We use ___________before adjectives to make them stronger, VERY, A BIT, INCREDIBLY, REALLY OR EXTREMELY. e.g. I´m a bit cold - Most adjectives, e.g. cold, surprising are GRADABLE. This means we can make them weaker with adverbs like: , ABSOLUTELY, REALLY AND UTTERLY. e.g. He has an absolutely tiny garden.  - Other adjectives, e.g freezing, amazing are UNGRADABLE.
