Present Simple: we use to talk about facts, habits and things which are true, we use adverbs of frequency (usually, always, sometimes etc.), Form: Subject + verb, we use these time expressions: once a week, twice a year, every month etc., we can use with state verbs (love, know, understand, see etc.) and active verbs (read, cook, eat), Present Continuous: use to talk about actions happening now, Form: Subject + be + the ing form of of the verb, we use these phrases with this tense: now, at the moment, currently, today, this month, we can use with active verbs only (read, cook, eat etc.),
