Determine if card number will change, Determine the delivery method, Offer Digital Issuance, Offer Instant Issue-find the branch closest to them, Customer would like a physical card with a new number mailed to them., From the left menu in Navigator, select Debit Cards > New Account, Type customers SSN, Portfolio window displays, Make sure the customer name matches that of the person who will be using the card , Select the portfolio that you want the card on, Customer window displays, Verify customer's name, Tax radio button, and address, Select the appropriate product type, Codes window displays, Click the Next Available link, Under Previous Card Reporting select Opt Out, Attached Accounts window displays, Type the customer's account number, Complete director form if rushing card or sending to an alternate address , Inform the customer that they should received their new debit card in 7-10 business days if not rushed.
