I am writing to - express my disappointment with your product. , Four weeks ago - I bought a brand new washing machine from your Wrexham branch. , Surprisingly, but disappointingly - it never worked.  , I have emailed - the shop several times to ask them to contact me. However, I have never received a reply. , Therefore, I am now writing to you to try  - and resolve my situation. , What shocked me most was - when it didn't even start., Not only did I pay over £300 for the machine,  - but also paid for it to be plumbed in. , The machine appears to be faulty, - but even worse is your customer service. , I would like someone to call me ASAP - on my mobile in order to discuss my machine and a replacement. , I look - forward to a prompt reply, a new washing machine and the chance to wash my clothes.  ,
