First Open Windows PowerShell  , Then type "pwd" to know your current location, Now, type "dir" to see a list of files and folders, Then Move to a different folder from the list using "cd" plus the folder name, Create a folder on your new location using "mkdir" plus the folder name , Create a file using the command "New-Item newfile.txt", Delete the folder using "del" plus the folder name you want to delete, Delete the file using "del" plus the file name you want to delete.
