Lymph fluid travels though and drains into the blood stream, What are lymphatic nodes? - Found throughout the body,Filter/breakdown bacteriia. There are white bloodcells inside (lymphocytes), What do white blood cell do? - Attack cells and break down bacteria,viruses and damaged cells or cancer cells , What happens too lymph nodes when they are fighting infection? - swell/ become sore to the touch , What does the occipital lymph node do? - Drain back of head and upper neck , What does the cervical lymph node do? - Drain Back of head and neck , What does the paroroid lymph node do? - Drain the nose, eyeids and ear area , What does the submandibular lymph node do? - Drains the chin, lips, nose and cheek areas ,
