accommodation, the carpets were filthy with litter, the tap was leaking, there was no Internet access, the customer service was inefficient , the staff was poorly trained, there were unexpected amenity fees, dodgy neighbours, a small-size car park, some of the household devices didn't work, flight, the flight was significantly delayed, uncomfortable and stained plane seats, we were charged extra money for drinks , the luggage was lost and finally damaged, package holidays, boring and unknowledgeable tour guide, rude and irresponsible coach driver, uncomfortable and stained coach seats, restaurant/cafe, slow and inefficient service, rude waiters and unhelpful staff, the food was barely edible, overcooked/undercooked food, overpriced food, language course, the host family didn't pay attention to me, there were unexpected coursebook fees, the teaching staff was poorly trained.
