1) Head to the social area! Count the pool balls. Each one is a cannonball. If we had all of those; and half again, how many would we have?!? 2) Go to the classroom! Count how many chairs there are- if we had a table for each chair, how many more tables do we need?! 3) Go to the kitchen! Count how many cups or mugs you can see. If each soldier needs 2 cups of water a day, how many cups will all the soldiers drink? 4) Go to the music room! Count the instruments. Each instrument can be heard by 10 soldiers on the battlefield. How many soldiers can receive orders?” 5) Count how many classrooms there are! If each classroom holds 50 soldiers, how many soldiers are there in total?! 6) Find the pool table! Measure its length and width to find the perimeter!  7) Find the corridor! If each poster on a board cost £2 to print, how much would they all cost?! 8) Find the staircase! If we put all the stairs into groups of three, how many groups would we have?!
